Virtual Fitness + Wellness Training

Together, we'll commit 90 days to building, and maintaining our sustainable wellness routine.

We'll establish commitments to mindful movement and intentional nutrition habits, and we'll stay encouraged with community support.

    -90-day mindful movement schedule

    -3 goal/intention setting sessions (45 min/session)

    -3 nutrition coaching sessions (45 min/session)

    -Text support for accountability
